SYNOPSIS

The story of an old man who has been working in the autopsy department of Sulaimaniyah University of Medical Sciences for 14 years. During these 14 years, he works on a corpse. He finally retires and makes a decision.

DIRECTOR

Edris Abdi, Aware Omer

Edris Abdi was born in 1984 in Marivan, in the Iranian Kurdistan. Graduated in filmmaking _film editing from Tehran University of Applied Sciences and Technology. He has been Sound recorder and Sound designer for more than 40 short films and feature films. As a writer and director, he has produced the films “The Sperm”, “Thirst Flight”, and “Laboratory No. 2”. He has written more than twenty articles about cinema on websites and newspapers.

Aware Omer was born in 1983 in Silêmanî, Kurdistan. He started his work on media in 2004, and worked as a gaffer for more than 8 national and international TVs and more than 10 films. He also graduated from filmmaking Major at Slêmanî art-university. Laboratoty No. 2 is his last film, co-Directed with Edris Abdi.
