Irene Gil-Ramon

Irene Gil-Ramon (1991, Vic) works as a filmmaker, screenwriter and editor. In summer 2018 she moved to Los Angeles to study the MFA in Film Directing at California Institute of the Arts (CalArts) after receiving the ‘La Caixa’ scholarship for postgraduate studies (2017). She has a degree in Audiovisual Communication (UPF, 2013) and a Masters in Creative Documentary (UPF, 2016) and has been an artistic consultant and Special Faculty at CalArts during the 2022-2023 academic year.
